Born in Maine and raised in Arizona, Jared has called the state home since he was 14, giving him deep insight into both Greater Phoenix and Northern Arizona. Today, as a father of three, he leads with a commitment to family values, community connection, and a standard of excellence that defines every transaction.

Jared’s professional foundation was built in luxury hospitality, where he rose from Front Desk Agent to General Manager with Marriott. This experience instilled the five-star standards of service, communication, and attention to detail that now distinguish his real estate advisory approach. Clients benefit from a seamless, elevated experience rooted in precision, discretion, and thoughtful execution.

In 2021, Jared founded Folsom Management, applying his hospitality expertise to Sedona’s vacation rental market. The company quickly expanded to manage more than 60 properties and was voted Sedona’s Best Property Management Company in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Through this work, Jared developed a deep understanding of investment performance, asset positioning, and lifestyle-driven property acquisition.

Today, Jared serves as a Luxury Real Estate Advisor guiding buyers, sellers, and investors with a strategic, data-informed approach. His unique vantage point — at the intersection of hospitality, property management, and real estate — allows him to see value where others may not, and to position properties for maximum impact.
