Jared Folsom brings a rare blend of luxury hospitality, local expertise, and proven real estate success to every client he serves. Born in Maine and raised in Arizona, Jared has called the state home since he was 14, giving him deep insight into both Greater Phoenix and Northern Arizona. Today, while raising his three children, Jared leads with a commitment to family values, community connection, and professional excellence.
Jared’s career began in hospitality, where he quickly advanced from Front Desk Agent to General Manager with Marriott. This foundation instilled in him the five-star standards of service, communication, and attention to detail that now define his real estate practice.
In 2021, Jared founded Folsom Management, applying his hospitality expertise to vacation rentals in Sedona. The company quickly grew to manage more than 60 properties and was voted Sedona’s Best Property Management Company of 2022, 2023 & 2024. Building on that success, Jared earned his real estate license and joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, where he has guided clients through the purchase and sale of homes with the same elevated service and strategic insight that made his management company thrive.
