Folsom is growing, and we’re looking for a Director of Hospitality to help shape the next chapter of our luxury hospitality brand.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong hospitality background, elevated service standards, and the ability to lead people, manage details, and create exceptional experiences across a portfolio of beautiful Sedona homes.
About the Role
The Director of Hospitality will oversee the guest and homeowner experience across Folsom’s Sedona portfolio. This person will help ensure every home feels cared for, every stay feels seamless, and every operational detail supports the standard of hospitality Folsom is known for.
This is a leadership role for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organized, proactive, and deeply service-minded.
What You’ll Do
Uphold Folsom’s hospitality standards across all homes
Lead home quality checks and guest-readiness standards
Support elevated guest experiences from arrival through departure
Handle escalated guest and homeowner situations with professionalism
Coordinate with cleaners, inspectors, vendors, and maintenance teams
Identify recurring property or service issues and help solve them
Support onboarding of new homes into the Folsom portfolio
Partner closely with Folsom leadership and the Director of Operations
Who You Are
Experienced in hospitality, resort operations, boutique hotels, luxury property management, or a related leadership role
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Warm, polished, and professional in communication
Comfortable leading teams and coordinating vendors
Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently
Passionate about creating thoughtful, elevated guest experiences
Familiar with Sedona or excited to become deeply connected to the area
